14th and 15th December 2019
In mid-December 2019, two wonderful Acharya programs were conducted in Banja Luka and Prijedor (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Program on 14th December: ‘Truth Is Deep within Us’ in Banja Luka
We started the program with a Satsang (friendly discourse) on Truth. We spoke about absolute and relative truths. We talked about our experiences of life, what is important in our lives and realised that they are really our truth. We agreed that our experiences make us authentic, and that authenticity happens when we begin to look within, into our inner world. So, immediately afterwards, we headed inward to practically become aware of what we were talking about, through the wonderful techniques Mohanji had unconditionally bestowed to us.
First, we did Conscious Dancing through which the participants released many accumulated emotions. After that, we went through the ‘Inverted Pyramid’ technique, which helped us to connect with ourselves more deeply and turn our attention inward even more intensely.
Then we did the meditation ‘Bliss of Silence’, and we became aware of the silence within us, in which all the answers lie, and where our truth is. The participants also received Mohanji Energy Transfer after meditation. During the break, all the participants had vegan snacks and shared their experiences. We all enjoyed the wonderful overwhelming energy of love and grace of the masters. After the break, two participants received Mai-Tri treatment.
At the end of the program, we were all filled with positivity and happiness to have been present at this place in time, aware that nothing is a coincidence and looking forward to participating in new programs.
Program on 15th December: ‘Alignment and Revitalization in Mohanji‘s consciousness’ in Prijedor
We started the program with an introduction about Mohanji, Mohanji Foundation and the program itself. Our focus was on the spine and the importance of the spine in our lives. Accordingly, we went through techniques that are crucial in bringing attention back to our central energy channel – our spine.
At the very beginning, we chanted the Bij-mantras. The wonderful mantras initiated in us deep cleansing and balancing of our energy centers – chakras. After that, we did Conscious Dancing, releasing certain conglomerations of negativity, concepts, opinions, and shifting our focus more and more towards our spine. After CD, we did the ‘Inverted Pyramid’, which helped us to align and balance all the energy centers. Refreshed, we moved onto ‘360 degrees meditation’, which further energized our spine. The participants received Mohanji Energy Transfer during the meditation.
We also had the vegan snacks break, we shared experiences and there were lots of smiles and joy. We felt vibrant and vital. Two participants received Mai Tri treatment. We all felt deep gratitude to Mohanji and the masters of the Tradition. We felt deep gratitude for being there.
