Heal from Within

By Mohanji Acharya Sameera Khan, South Africa

23rd February 2020

Something that has always been an important part of life, however vastly ignored by our leadership, society and trickling down to people on the individual level is the element of healing in our lives and that of others.

The ‘Heal from Within’ program was held on the very special day of Mohanji‘s birthday, at Mohanji Centre in Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa.

The program began with a presentation on frequency and healing. The focus of the topics for discussion was the physical and metaphysical well-being.

Many of us go through life in a state of unawareness – unawareness of various elements that are affecting our ability to raise our frequency and become our true authentic selves. This was discussed at length during the presentation and the participants were interested in finding out the factors that were  stumbling blocks for their purity and internal growth. Suitable solutions and techniques for aiding one in the process of healing and leading a purifying lifestyle were made apparent during the program.

The talk on healing and wellness sparked a couple of “Aha” moments in the minds of some participants and this then led to a brief but lovely internal discussion among the  participants in the group.

It was suggested that the presentation be available for others in a future program. One feedback from a loving member of the Mohanji Foundation: “It was very informative and puts the purpose of our practices into perspective.” Another participant found it quite interesting and it was suggested that we do more such programs.

We then followed through with a short session of light traditional yoga while sitting before going into the ‘Power of Purity’ meditation.

The energy was dedicated to inner purity and connection to a higher source in allowing oneself to heal.

Mohanji says:

“Everyone has the capacity to heal, animals have this inherently. Healing happens when ‘mind sleeps’.”

When one realises the ability to heal from within, this becomes an inner world filled with grace and pure love.

Mohanji always does his job! This was my main conclusion of the day as many people during the meditation were being cleansed and elevated in some way!

We then ended the day with a live Youtube stream with Mohanji from Sri Lanka, followed by Aarti and a vegan cake.

With much love and deep appreciation for our guru Mohanji, we humbly thank you for giving us this opportunity to serve to the best of our ability.

Banja Luka in Mohanji’s Consciousness

By Mohanji Acharya Dejan Cosic, Bosnia

16th November 2019

My first Acharya program was completed a few days back in Bosnia, the city of Banja Luka. There were 7 participants, out of whom one person attended Mohanji‘s program for the first time.

We started with a short introduction about Mohanji and the Mohanji Foundation.

This was followed by Himalayan Yoga and a 30-minute deep session of Yoga Nidra. After a 30-minute break, we continued with a special technique called ‘gapless breathing’ with a brief relaxation at the end, which also served as a very good preparation for the meditation ‘Blossoms of Love’, so there was no need for other preparatory exercises.

During the meditation, all the participants received Mohanji Energy Transfer and felt calm and relaxed.

Later on, a satsang (friendly discourse) took place. The satsang was very nice and was received very well. We talked about ways to awaken and preserve awareness and protect ourselves from the various forms of negative energies which act like viruses.

The day after the event, I sent messages of gratitude to all the participants and exchanged some impressions about the program.

Before the program, I also conducted 5 Mai-Tri treatments, and during the break on the day of the program, 2 more sessions of Mai-Tri were done. We had a nice interaction during the program and I felt their heartfelt gratitude.

Here are a few experiences shared by the participants:

1. Ljubica from Prijedor:

“It was wonderful. I haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time, surrounded by young people who are willing to work on themselves for their good and for the world around them. If at all I was worried for today’s youth, those doubts disappeared looking at the cheerful smiling faces in Dejan’s program.
Yoga exercises greatly appealed to me, especially the breathing exercises that I will continue to practice to the extent that time permits.
Dejan’s program was a wonderful experience for me making me feel very different in a positive way and making me look at the world more positively.”

2. Alida from Prijedor:

“I had a wonderful experience in the first Acharya program in Banja Luka. After a busy week, intense yoga was very refreshing for me. After yoga, we continued with the pranayama exercises which removed many blockages from our systems. The energy which flowed through our bodies was a fantastic preparation for meditation. During the meditation, we received Mohanji Energy Transfer. I felt the effect of the whole event only the next day after everything settled down. I was a completely new person and totally transformed. Thanks so much to Mohanji, who, in the form of His Acharyas, gifted us with new bridges to connect us to Him.

Father (Mohanji), thank you.”

Stability in Mohanji’s Consciousness

By Mohanji Acharya Sathya Shivakumar

October 18th, 2019

The sixth session of “Stability in Mohanji’s consciousness” was conducted on Friday, October 18th 2019 at Navachetana Trust -School for special children in Bangalore.

This session followed the dussehra holidays. I had conducted two sessions before the school closed for vacation. Every session brings out something new and interesting. I had organized the fourth session on September 6th. That morning I had woken up with the thought of one of the special kids and taking that as a sign, decided to conduct the session on the same day without postponement.

My sister Radha had accompanied me on all the previous three sessions. I called her up and found out that she was busy with other plans that day. I decided to go ahead alone since the inner signal was strong. Much to my delight, as I entered the school that morning, a boy greeted me with a beaming smile. His eyes scanned around as if looking for someone along with me. As we went in, another child explicitly asked me, “Akka bhandilva” (Has your sister not come today?). I was touched by their recollection given their disposition.

When she joined me during session 5, the kids welcomed her warmly and even reserved a space for her to sit next to them. Little gestures such as these, which we take for granted usually, add so much beauty to life and also reinforces that the best things in life are free! Blessings are bestowed upon us every second by the universe in subtle ways. We only need to be mindful, conscious and aware of them. During those two sessions, we recited bhajans and conducted the Freedom meditation followed by the Gurupaduka stotram.

Our most recent session last Friday started with bhajans followed by Freedom meditation given by Mohanji, as always.

The previous week, I had experienced shoulder cramps. Nagging pain in my right shoulder, the reason for which I couldn’t pinpoint. There were bursts of pain throughout the day that caused extreme discomfort and did not allow me to perform my regular activities. The pain acted as a reminder to me of those who need Mohanji and the healing process. I was also reminded of what Mohanji had once said to a person who had met him,

“There’s no use of acquiring something that has to be parked. It will only gather dust.” – Mohanji

Although I had become eligible to give Mohanji Energy Transfer (MET), I had not yet been applying it in my sessions. I was not rushing because I wanted to get familiar with the kids before opening them up to MET. This time, however, I was contemplating on doing the MET for the first time. Maybe it was the personal experiences of the prior week that acted as a reminder to initiate it, one wonders?

img3

As I started the process, I prayed to our Guru and the Gods silently. The first batch was the younger group. I could feel the energy flow and connected to Mohanji as I handled the different children. Most of them received it well but some resisted even as I placed my thumb on their forehead. I did not push them because they probably needed more time to be ready for it. During the session for the older group, I was able to perform MET to most of them. After the MET session, there was so much joy and gratitude in their faces that revealed all that they wanted to say.

Each time I conduct these sessions, I leave the school with a feeling of satisfaction and a deep sense of gratitude that through these sessions, I can provide a few hours of peace and calm in their otherwise challenging days. I am certain that Mohanji’s blessings would bring stability & light into their lives and I pray that the Guru Mandala continues to make me an instrument in this process.

When the heart expands with love, heaven descends into us. – Mohanji
