I am happy to share that in a Government school in the suburbs of Jammu city, India, we did our first Mind Wellness program and held a drawing competition for school children from the first to the eighth standard. It was a two-hours program for which the children were assembled in the corridor and made to sit on mats.
Children were then told a story and were asked to look around the place and list orally the things that they could see. The session was pretty interactive. Everybody was provided with drawing sheets. Junior children could draw anything they wanted and color accordingly. Students from 5th to 8th were asked to draw a poster with a slogan or message. They had an hour to do that.
Later, a prize distribution was held and sweets were distributed. The program concluded with bhajans sung by children. It was heart-touching to see them sharing their meals with us.
On the request of their teacher, I offered Mai-Tri Method to two students. Mohanji’s power and energy were tangibly felt. Many blockages were released in both the children.
Indeed it was an amazing day, full of energy, love and happiness. The children brightened up the place with their smile and cheer.
Thank you, Mohanji!
