Chennai college shines in Freedom

By Mohanji Acharya Rekha Murali

19th February 2020

I was invited by JBAS college for women, Chennai (India) as a speaker for a program titled ‘Sparkle 2020’. The program was meant for Grade 12 students who would be facing their board exams shortly.  Approximately 800 students participated in this event.  The students were cheerful, noisy, and clapped loudly for things that grabbed their interest.

As a part of the program, a ten-minute breathing technique and ‘Freedom’ meditation were conducted. The students did the breathing techniques with ease and settled down very comfortably for the meditation. A beautiful sense of calm and peace settled into the auditorium.

At the end of the meditation, there was a moment’s pause after which the students clapped appreciatively which conveyed a lot of respect for the meditation. The students received it well and their beautiful smiles spoke volumes.

Thank you Mohanji for such a powerful gift of ‘Freedom’ meditation for the children.

Online program in Farsi

By Mohanji Acharyas Elham and Farshad

26th January 2020

The sixth session of the online group ‘Power of Purity’ meditation in Farsi was a huge success with the blessings of Mohanji. Around 35 people participated, out of which at least 16 were new. It was amazing to see that families joined us in small groups for this meditation and we had at least three such groups with few kids of 3/5, 6 and 15 years old.

The online program started with Aum chanting and Brahmari Pranayama followed by POP in Farsi and then a prayer for Mother Earth and its children by chanting Lokah Samastah 21 times.

Later on, Farshad talked about karma, awareness along with a few related short stories. Elham spoke enthusiatically about veganism and the violence behind the animal products. Finally, people asked many questions and we closed the program after 3 hours and everyone was so happy and grateful to Mohanji. The participants were saying that their questions were getting answered before they even asked!

Ayda said since a few days ago she has started chanting Mohanji’s Gayatri mantra. She said it felt like a dam was created to protect her from negative thoughts and her mind is now peaceful and calm. Ziba said a problem happened to her last week but when she remembered Mohanji’s face and connected to Him she got calmer. She’s so grateful to Mohanji for that.

People are getting more connected to Mohanji each time. They are very keen to know more on these subjects and keep asking how they can reinforce their connection with Him. We’re completely aware that it’s Mohanji Baba that quenches their thirst of truth and we are so grateful to Him.

Bliss in Old age home

By Mohanji Acharyas Sathya Shivkumar and Arpana Nazre

18th January 2020

We conducted the ‘Power of Purity’ meditation for the inmates of an old age home in Bangalore, India. Around 40 of them participated. Most of them said they felt peaceful.

IMG_20200118_123245

At the beginning of the introduction, they started asking about Mohanji and where he lives. We gave them a brief introduction about Mohanji. They also expressed a deep desire to meet Him personally. They said they wanted to interact and ask Him questions. We told them that we would forward their request to Him soon and get His dates.

IMG_20200118_113322

After the meditation, we sang bhajans too. The nurse in the home wanted to know about Mohanji too, and also took His photo and wanted to keep in touch with us. Another inmate came to us and started expressing his wish to get rid of his extreme anger. He wanted to know how to handle it. He mentioned he was an ex-army man. We suggested that he continue with our meditations and it would certainly help. Finally, he expressed his desire to meet Mohanji. We surrendered these desires to Mohanji with a request to give His darshan to them. We are looking forward to more such meetings and POP sessions.

Thank you Father (Mohanji), for giving us this wonderful platform to be your instrument to serve this world. Gratitude.

Jai Mohanji!

Bangalore children in Mohanji’s Consciousness

By Mohanji Acharya Ulla Bernholdt

28-29th December 2019

By the Grace of Mohanji and with the help of Mohanji Acharya Arpana Nazre and head of the school Harsanjam Kaur, I was able to visit the two Mohanji Ka Aangans (An Ammucare initiative) in Bangalore to conduct creative programs for the children.

At the first Aangan, we started the program by playing a game. We then guided the children to create fantasy animals with homemade play dough and other materials I brought. During the activity, there was almost pin-drop silence as the children were so absorbed in their creativity. After they completed their work, they displayed their work proudly. We could tell by their smiling faces that they all enjoyed this.

I wanted them to have an opportunity to express themselves freely on their terms. I think they succeeded.

In the second Aangan, we even had time for coloring paper dolls.

Before the children went home, deep breathing exercises, ‘Om’ chanting and the ‘Freedom’ meditation were conducted. They all received snacks as rewards and we greeted each other happily for the New Year.

It was a happy weekend full of fun and love and I am deeply grateful to Mohanji for giving me a platform to perform as an Acharya like this!

Gratitude is the best prayer

By Mohanji Acharya Helena Bjelakovic

31st December 2019

The program ‘Gratitude is the best prayer’ was conducted in Split, Croatia.

The best way to start the new year is to have gratitude for the previous one.

The day of this program was a beautiful one for Conscious Walking in the park. It was very sunny and we were sure Mohanji‘s powers had something to do with it.

20191231_180322.jpg

After the CW, we had a Satsang (friendly discourse) on the theme ‘Gratitude is the best prayer’. We talked about gratitude towards things and people in our lives, how much we appreciate people, enjoy the things we have and how we need to share what we have in abundance.

In good spirit, we started the Conscious Dancing to let go of cluttered emotions of 2019 and begin afresh in 2020. During the Conscious Dancing, there were smiles, tears and release of heaviness.

‘Blossoms of Love’ meditation followed and went smoothly with a lot of smiles. Mohanji Energy Transfer was also offered and people felt even more positive energy. After that, we shared our experiences and had a vegan meal together. This was one more program that left people feeling happy and peaceful for a good start in 2020.

Finland dances in Mohanji’s Consciousness

By Mohanji Acharya Nimika Keshri

22nd December 2019

I am happy to share that I conducted my first Acharya program in Finland. There were a total of 8 people out of which one was a 6-year-old girl who came along with her parents. Three people who were new to Mohanji‘s teachings experienced meditation for the first time. The program started with a short introduction and I could feel that words were flowing out of me without any effort. Then, we had the ‘Power of Purity’ meditation along with Mohanji Energy Transfer.

IMG_4396

After a short break, we started our Conscious Dancing. The energy was intense and everyone soaked in the energy while experiencing the presence of the divine. At one point, when the song “Har Har Mahadev Gange” was playing, one of the participants called Debrishi chanted “Bum Bum Bhole” aloud and I could feel that he was experiencing something divine. People danced with complete freedom and bliss. This was evident in their dance moves.

After the dance, we had light refreshments of fruits and shared experiences. The new participants were happy to have had this opportunity. They felt relaxed, peaceful and happy from within. Debrishi said that he was in a different place while dancing and suddenly said, “Please inform everyone that tomorrow is Mohanji‘s birthday.” I smiled and said, “No, it’s not on 23rd December, but it is on 23rd February.” Kristiina, one of the participants, jokingly said, “Debrishi, looks like you were in a different time as well.”

Conscious Dancing technique

Kristiina said that she can now understand what is the difference between important and non-important things in life. Deepa, another participant, shared that she was able to release a past emotion by saying sorry to someone close during the ‘Power of Purity’ meditation.

After the session, I asked each one to send me a detailed description of their experience during the session.

Here is the experience shared by each one of them:

Tithi Mitra – Thank you Nimika for giving us a wonderful experience. It was my first experience of a lengthy meditation. Generally, I do ten minutes of meditation with my daughter.

During the meditation, I felt very peaceful and relaxed. When you placed your hand on my head and between my eyebrows for the Mohanji Energy Transfer, I could feel the warmth of your hand. During the first phase of meditation, I realised I can ignore negative thoughts.

My daughter is six years old and during the first phase of the meditation, she joined us and stayed with her eyes closed for more than forty minutes.

While dancing (Conscious Dancing) for the song ‘Har har Mahadev gange’, I felt that I am on the path of Kailash and I could see Shivji and tears were coming out from my eyes.

80020106_2715461171844936_4500102622048419840_n.jpg

Deepa Sathyan – I am Deepa, living in Espoo, Finland with my family. First of all Koti Pranams to My Paramatma Sai Baba and to all my Divine Masters, starting from Mahavatar Babaji, dearest Mohanji and very special thanks to Nimika, who started the meditation sessions of Mohanji here in Finland.

I have known Bhramarishi Mohanji for some time now, firstly through many of the videos in YouTube and now more as I have been participating in the meditation sessions conducted by Nimika (who is also my neighbour here) which undoubtedly gave me so much of inner peace, a sense of gratitude even for the smallest of things and a very powerful zeal for spiritual quest. At times, a chai (Indian tea) with Nimika and discussions on various spiritual books about some of Mohanji’s enthralling videos and Nimika’s experiences during the retreats she attended, became my real obsession and a meaningful blissful way of spending my free time. This really cemented the bricks of our friendship and I felt deeply connected to Mohanji in many ways. It invoked a desire to do something (for which he has paved the way), for the wellness of the physical and mental health and happiness of the people. I used to visualise and enjoy the various things done in the retreats mentally. When she announced the Acharya program she was going to conduct on 22nd December, my joy knew no bounds. I just knew I would be there and was super happy.

The day came, the program began with my favourite, ever blissful and peaceful ‘Power of Purity’ meditation. Though I am doing it for some days now, this day I was able to clear off one of the situations I faced in my college days which needed a confession to my late grandmother and loads of apologies to be poured out which I was able to do that day. I was able to confront it, deal with it, push it out and what a peaceful tide it brought me in. I am really thankful to Mohanji who paved the way for these beautiful moments.
Next, it was Conscious Dancing. We were given a beautiful demonstration by Nimika and was surprised to see that each Chakra had a move. Wow! The music began. My first emotion was of extreme happiness and gratitude as I was able to sing and dance to the songs of Shiva and Shakti. So with Shiva and Shakti began a beautiful journey of moves & taps, swirls & claps, twists & turns and a firm push which swept the adrenaline up with a strong affirmation in my mind: “I did it.” It was a blissful process which took me into a roller coaster ride of peace and bliss. I felt like a mighty eagle gliding freely on the heights of the vast sky enjoying the infinite joy and freedom. All the moves and the snake dance thoroughly shook me out from the dust of shyness formed in my outer layer and pushed me from the shell where I would always hide inside. Gradually the music was on its softer mode, more soothing and relaxing as if sitting on a boat dancing on a slow ride and enjoying the breeze when you are in the bliss of heat in and around you, after an enjoyable steep roller coaster ride. What a moment of bliss! I felt like being in that moment forever. During this time, I had a feeling of myself being a Rishi, whose hair was full of Jatas or dreadlocks and my head weighed down from the top along with my full hair. I still don’t know what to assume from this, but felt lucky to be in the moment as a yogini, soaked in the thoughts of Paramatma.

Overall, it was a very awesome session with immense good feeling and peace during meditation and stabilised energy within although we were moving constantly. Last but not the least, this session provided a blissful aura of positivity, a sense of gratitude and unconditional love to take back with us and spread across to one and all.

Live with love and gratitude and let live with love!

Hugs to you Nimika.

77394085_2664220786968975_4662077615580905472_o

Kristiina Mckenzie – With the help of chanting and breathing, I started to slide into a calm feeling, forgetting the surrounding library room. The voice of our guru Mohanji brought me into deeper calmness.

When Mohanji talked about seeing my parents in front of me (during the ‘Power of Purity’ meditation), I felt sincerely thankful that they had given me life. This feeling surprised me because I haven’t had a good relationship with my parents.

I understood how important this parental task of giving life is and how it forms a chain of generations. Whatever happens after one’s birth, will not make the importance smaller.

My understanding went deeper into why we are here on earth. I realised that ‘all doing’ is less important, it’s enough to just be. Life is not becoming bigger by doing, no matter what one is doing. Life is meaning itself. Life just is.

This is an important view for me, because now, at the age of fifty-six, I question myself a lot, if I have done ‘the right things’ in my life.

Maybe at this moment of my meditation, Nimika was helping me at the same time, with the power from her hands.

During the dance meditation (Conscious Dancing) I had a beautiful vision of myself, dancing in a temple, wearing a high yellow head decoration. This was the ‘snake dance’ and I felt an energy spiral going from the ground towards the sky.

Another beautiful vision was when I saw myself carrying a large basket on top of my head, filled with fruit gifts for God. Even I, the one who was doing the sacrifice, was a present for God. This was the gratitude dance.

74404299_2664220613635659_8577379874312814592_o

Debarishi MitraDuring the last part of the ‘Power of Purity’ meditation, I felt so connected that I did not want to open my eyes, but after some time they opened filled with tears. This did not happen out of emotion but rather out of divine bliss. Then, when Nimika was about to start the dance, I was not ready. At that very moment, I heard Mohanji telepathically telling me, “If you still have anything restricting you to dance, you have not dedicated that to me yet…” And that was the spark! I started dancing – it was so divine that even I could feel it! I opened my eyes at times but my full mind and soul was in the dance and I could not even see anything. I was experiencing some flow of divine energy all around the room and no humans were dancing at all, only energies dancing, I could pass through everyone. The words ‘Bum Bum Bhole’ so spontaneously came out of my inner self that I could not stop it – although I was somewhat in my own dhun (tune) at that time and did not even try to stop whatever was happening inside me. The best part was at the end when I felt I am Shiva, dancing on the floor. When I sat down, it was like something was pulling my whole body upwards. No feeling of gravitational force. Nimika also did notice that I did not even realize that it is the month of December – it was like I was doing Shiva Aradhana with Mohanji at Mookambika at that time.

Embrace yourself

By Mohanji Acharyas Izabela Jovović and Sanja Stanković

8th December 2019

The citizens of Subotica, Serbia had the opportunity to enjoy a unique one-day program “Embrace Yourself”.

With only two weeks of regular meditations happening in Subotica, there was a lot of interest in participating in this program. The day began with special pranayama (breathing techniques), and after the pleasant group energy was created, the program was opened by us (Mohanji Acharyas Izabela and Sanja), talking about
self-acceptance and capacity for love.

After we explained to the participants the connection between the chakras, the energy centers in our bodies, and how their condition reflects on life circumstances, “Conscious Dancing” began. During the dance, participants had the opportunity to work on each of their energy centers and bringing them into balance.

After the dancing, participants felt a need to share their experience on how they felt. One participant said that she felt she was walking through another dimension. While some techniques removed their blockages, others brought calmness and heart chakra expansion.

The program ended with the ‘Bliss of Silence’ meditation, which allowed attendees to connect with themselves and integrate all the processes they went through. After the Mohanji Energy Transfer, there was a need for silence, staying in peace. The program was followed by individual Mai-Tri method session.

Some of the participants’ experiences can be read below:

“Embrace Yourself workshop had a note of lightness but depth as well. I went through the experience of pure joy in Conscious Dancing, knowing that it was my true nature; through strong introspective moments in meditation, as well as being connected to the Master – Mohanji. I thank the Acharyas Izabela and Sanja for being true channels of light.” – Claudia

“We could feel the divine energy of Mohanji during the program that awakened a blissful sense of peace. There was a relaxed, positive, friendly atmosphere that contributed to each of us having a special valuable experience, during conscious dancing, meditation ‘Bliss of Silence’ and Satsang (friendly discourse). Thank you!” – Dragana

Awaken Love Within in Mohanji’s Consciousness

By Mohanji Acharyas Lakshmi Mohanananda and Maheshwari Mohanji

16 November 2019

A program which took place at Mohanji Randburg Centre, South Africa had been put together spontaneously in a very short time with the grace of Mohanji and the good nature of Aunty Julie from Randburg centre. Eventually, the program turned out to be beautiful.

The atmosphere at Randburg centre was very calming and Mohanji‘s presence was greatly felt. The afternoon began with MA Maheshwari’s reading “The right prayer” from ‘The Power of Purity’ book which set the tone for the afternoon and the people connected with it very well.

IMG-20191124-WA0010

This flowed into MA Lakshmi Mohanananda’s talk on Gratitude and Self-love. Mohanji truly works through the Acharyas to deliver what is right for each person. All the people who attended felt that they needed to hear those words and it had some specific significance to each of them. The discussion flowed in a beautiful direction as people asked questions and others shared their views and experiences. Every person felt comfortable to open up and speak up about their feelings.

Maheshwari then led us into the ‘Blossoms of Love’ meditation which further evoked the sense of self-love and gratitude. Mohanji Energy Transfer was delivered, followed by the “I Am” song. After this, the heart chakra of everyone opened up and everybody hugged each other. The room was filled with love and joy.

20191116_180544

After a short break, individual Mai-tri was done, followed by gratitude to Mohanji whilst listening to the “Shree Mohanji” song. Since all those who attended had experienced Aarti before, we together concluded with Mohanji’s Aarti.

There was a child who also joined the program. Initially, he didn’t want to interact much, but during the discussions, he opened up, managed to sit for the full meditation and Mai-tri as well. After Mai-Tri was done, he gave Lakshmi the biggest hug ever.

Much love, salutations and prostrations to Mohanji. Thank you to Mohanji Randburg Centre for hosting this program.

M-Power your Self in Mohanji’s Consciousness

By Mohanji Acharyas Lakshmi, Dragana and Maheshwari

3rd November 2019

It is only with grace and blessings from the Tradition of Liberation (lineage of masters/saints and Mohanji), that “M-Power your Self in Mohanji’s Consciousness” program was held in Belgrade, Serbia, on Sunday.

This was our first Acharya program ever. It is a sheer example of guru’s grace as we had merely set the intention to immediately begin the program and the Tradition did the rest!

IMG_25071

19 adults and a baby attended the program, including two people from the UK. The energy in the room was completely amazing and the people were very receptive. The program commenced with a powerful talk on empowerment by Mohanji Acharya Lakshmi where she touched on key aspects of self-acceptance, awareness, self-love, factors that prevent us from living our life’s purpose and what it means to become empowered.

1d959fc3-8b98-4aa3-8545-a652cbfb385e

‘The Blossoms of Love’ meditation (played in the Serbian language) and the song that followed “I Am” brought people to tears of bliss and joy. Afterwards, many people said they felt an expansion in the heart and everyone hugged each other. Mohanji Energy Transfer was also conducted during meditation. It was such a beautiful blessing that a baby attended the program and his mother said she got connected to Mohanji because of the baby. During the meditation, the baby fell into a peaceful sleep.

IMG_25231

Mohanji’s grace and presence were deeply felt as he spoke through all of the Acharyas. Maheshwari had conducted the interactive session on “Life Purpose and Overcoming Blockages” where we all stood up and openly spoke about our strengths and weaknesses. We also spoke about how identification with weaknesses and fears cause blockages and stagnation in life. We spoke more on true identification with your higher self and shedding anything that causes bindings and fears as a means to remove blockages.

IMG_25331

The afternoon continued in the spirit of oneness, selflessness and love as Dragana spoke on veganism, the impact of non-vegan foods on the body and how taking in foods that were created due to any form of violence or exploitation causes ailments within our body. Two people shared their experiences of how veganism had improved their lives. Dragana also conducted a food demonstration that is vegan-friendly, tasty, and rich in vitamins and energy and is also gluten-free! All the participants got to taste the vegan food and were happy with the taste, and energy it brought to the body.

11 individual sessions of Mai-Tri Method were then conducted by the Acharyas before concluding the program.

Many new people attended the program and the afternoon flowed beautifully.

6d4373a2-7012-4bc8-a252-579acddbe3c7

Love and sincere gratitude to the Tradition as we are mere instruments to serve the world with selflessness.
