Rejuvenation program in Pula

By Mohanji Acharyas Helena Bjelaković and Izabela Jovović

29th February 2020

During this magnificent program in Pula, Croatia, profound energy cleansing took place.

First, it happened through ‘Conscious Gapless Breathing’, followed by Conscious Dancing. Released from many blockages and feeling lightness, we sank into the ‘Power of Purity’ guided meditation.

In the end, we connected to our soul aspect on a deep level through the technique ‘Soul Mirror Process’. We shared our precious experiences of the program and enjoyed a delicious vegan meal.

Heal from Within

By Mohanji Acharya Sameera Khan, South Africa

23rd February 2020

Something that has always been an important part of life, however vastly ignored by our leadership, society and trickling down to people on the individual level is the element of healing in our lives and that of others.

The ‘Heal from Within’ program was held on the very special day of Mohanji‘s birthday, at Mohanji Centre in Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa.

The program began with a presentation on frequency and healing. The focus of the topics for discussion was the physical and metaphysical well-being.

Many of us go through life in a state of unawareness – unawareness of various elements that are affecting our ability to raise our frequency and become our true authentic selves. This was discussed at length during the presentation and the participants were interested in finding out the factors that were  stumbling blocks for their purity and internal growth. Suitable solutions and techniques for aiding one in the process of healing and leading a purifying lifestyle were made apparent during the program.

The talk on healing and wellness sparked a couple of “Aha” moments in the minds of some participants and this then led to a brief but lovely internal discussion among the  participants in the group.

It was suggested that the presentation be available for others in a future program. One feedback from a loving member of the Mohanji Foundation: “It was very informative and puts the purpose of our practices into perspective.” Another participant found it quite interesting and it was suggested that we do more such programs.

We then followed through with a short session of light traditional yoga while sitting before going into the ‘Power of Purity’ meditation.

The energy was dedicated to inner purity and connection to a higher source in allowing oneself to heal.

Mohanji says:

“Everyone has the capacity to heal, animals have this inherently. Healing happens when ‘mind sleeps’.”

When one realises the ability to heal from within, this becomes an inner world filled with grace and pure love.

Mohanji always does his job! This was my main conclusion of the day as many people during the meditation were being cleansed and elevated in some way!

We then ended the day with a live Youtube stream with Mohanji from Sri Lanka, followed by Aarti and a vegan cake.

With much love and deep appreciation for our guru Mohanji, we humbly thank you for giving us this opportunity to serve to the best of our ability.

Niš blossoms in Mohanji’s Consciousness

By Mohanji Acharyas Monika Balenović, Dragana Tešanović and Staša Mišić

1st December 2019

The first-ever Acharya program was conducted in Niš, Serbia.

The program called ‘The Power of Purity’ began with Conscious Dancing, a very effective technique that helps people find their inner peace in a daily life full of noise, as well as awaken and release emotions that are associated with particular energy centers.

The ‘Power of Purity’ meditation which followed, helped to dive deeper within, further releasing accumulated emotions, restoring inner peace and purity to make it easier to handle the daily challenges of life.

A presentation on how to live compassionately and what non-violence means in thoughts, words and actions, was led by Dragana Tesanovic. The participants listened with attention and interest, during which they had the opportunity to look at the world differently and learn how as individuals their daily choices, starting with the level of nutrition, can spread positivity and contribute to society.

In the last part, all participants showed interest in experiencing the Mai-Tri Method. As all three Mai-Tri practitioners performed individual treatments on clients at the same time, pure and loving energy could be felt with much more intensity. What particularly marked this Acharya program was the great motivation of the participants to join our volunteer team of the Mohanji Serbia Association. There was also a great desire to reactivate the programs in this city with regular meditations.

Profound gratitude to Mohanji for lovingly guiding and providing this growing platform for us to pass on the ancient knowledge of unconditional love given to us by the grand Datta Tradition. We also offer our humble gratitude to dear Suzana Stojanovic for her hospitality in the beautiful space of Yoga Studio Shambala in Niš.
