I was invited by JBAS college for women, Chennai (India) as a speaker for a program titled ‘Sparkle 2020’. The program was meant for Grade 12 students who would be facing their board exams shortly. Approximately 800 students participated in this event. The students were cheerful, noisy, and clapped loudly for things that grabbed their interest.
As a part of the program, a ten-minute breathing technique and ‘Freedom’ meditation were conducted. The students did the breathing techniques with ease and settled down very comfortably for the meditation. A beautiful sense of calm and peace settled into the auditorium.
At the end of the meditation, there was a moment’s pause after which the students clapped appreciatively which conveyed a lot of respect for the meditation. The students received it well and their beautiful smiles spoke volumes.
Thank you Mohanji for such a powerful gift of ‘Freedom’ meditation for the children.
